They never answer the phone. Update: since I left a 1 star review drove 2 hours to pick up attachments they wouldnt sell to me. Might be cheap but whines over reviews.

Hi Anthony, thank you for your grapple purchase this past March. As advertised, it came with 1/2-inch flat face hydraulic couplers. To connect properly, your machine must also be fitted with 1/2-inch flat face hydraulic couplers. Alternatively, we offer the most common agricultural variant, 1/2-inch pioneer/agricultural hydraulic couplers, and we will install them on your behalf if you notify us at the time of purchase.

Purchased grapple from Skid Steer Attachment Depot. The hydraulic valve fittings on the tractor do not fit the valves on the grapple. All valves came from the kit provided by Skid Steer. When I called for support, I was told to basically deal with it myself and go to local tractor store to resolve. Thanks for nothing!
