Bought and paid for goods online. Had a call from lady at tower confirming the order and she would order them in, even though website indicated they were in stock, even sent a receipt via email. Had a call later saying they could not do the goods at that price. Nearly 3 weeks later they sent a refund by Cheque! Absolutely shocking way to run a business and treat a customer. No good will gesture Sales Director very blunt and rude telling me it was never going to happen, but I could buy them at an extremely higher price than advertised. Will never use again.

Items not in stock listed as in stock. Same day delivery is a lie. Took over a day to receive an order acknowledgement and despite many calls only been informed on day 2 the items are out of stock, that is after they confirmed the delivery will be tomorrow by DHL overnight... Unprofessional time wasters.

Spent over 100 on some timberland pro work boots early to is year. Two months later the sole had detached! Took them back and they wouldnt replace would only offer to send them away and I was to buy another pair in the meantime. Who sends a dirty used pair of work boots back to a manufacturer to be inspected?! Get a grip and replace them like any other supplier.
