Gave them my xbox one s to repair hdmi connector. Never responded to calls or text. Xbox was never fixed. Paid $70 as deposit and was returned $50 for them to do nothing. Will never recommend to anyone. Would give negative stars if possible. Only 1 person to repair video game systems and they dont know when he comes to work.

Really nice, professional employees. Be prepared to sign a contract, and pay around $8 per update on your work order. Gave my xbox one to them for a hard drive issue, and it was a little under $140, plus status updates, so a bit pricey, but over all good experience
