My daughter had a bad experience buying a car from this place.this place is not recommended to anyone.they showed no sympathy,refused ti answer her calls when inquiring about her car and was ver ignorant.this place sucks.

Granted...they sell affordable cars but their customer service is bad. If you have a issue with a purchased vehicle and want to bring it back because of the "warranty"...you're going to have a bad experience with them. They lack of promptness and things are not done in a timely manner, sometimes emails and phone calls goes unanswered and if you happen to show up at the car dealer place...you'll be waiting for the car to come back or to bring it back to you from wherever the auto mechanic place they may have. It's a very tedious process that almost makes you feel like if you're the "bad guy" from bringing it back for a problem that you didn't cause to begging with...unreal. The place is now called: Capital Auto Group Inc. (Same as the other name...same place)...it wouldn't surprise me if they change the dealer's name again because of too much problems...

This place is horrible! I put a deposit down on a car was told they had to inspect it, fine. Told It would be ready on monday..... then the waiting game started in the 10 days I waited for this car to be " inspected" I didn't NOT receive one phone call from anyone stating hey the car is taking longer than usual I keep you posted! I called twice and both times the lady told me she don't know what's going on with the car it's still at the garge. Well on the 10th day my father called them saying the owner needs to call him asap, waited all afternoon no call until my dad calls back saying he will contact the attorney genarl and thw news crew and they will be on the new like the last car dealership. Boom he gets a call from the girl saying she don't want to do business with us and for me to come get my money in which I did and thank god cause this place is shady as hell! Glad it's over and I have a car from someone who knows how to do business.
