The wedding party im apart of had an appointment. We were greeted by a sales associate, but we had noone to help us. We were told to go look at the dresses in the back. One dress I wanted to try on had a stain on it. The one sales associate tried to squeeze and tighten the dress on me, the dress was a size 10 and im a size 14 so obviously i couldn't zip it. If you are full figured or bigger than a size 8 don't bother. Im actually shocked at all the positive reviews because that's not at all the way it was when we were trying to find dresses.

From my March visit, I want to start off by thanking Kelly for helping my my perfect dress for my 6/2022 wedding! She was very attentive and to my wants for the kinds of dresses I was looking for and helped me with ease getting in and out of fittings! She was just so lovely, so thank you for making the experience for my mom and future mother in law so special (and gathering my moms when they would venture off looking for more dresses.) She deserves five stars! Fast forward to July, my dress arrives and my fiancé and I currently live out in CA. We are not able to get back to MD until October and I had called to inquire about my dress and if someone needed to pick the dress up for me or if I could have it stored there until we get back home. When I had called, I explained that because of work, we physically cannot be back in MD until October. The woman who answered the phone was not very understanding to my questions/requests and instead assertively suggested the sooner I can try on the dresses the better. (Which I understand regarding fittings) With the stress already of having to plan everything across country, I just felt like I was guilted about not being able to do a fitting ASAP. Her response was, well well just schedule everything in October then. 2-3 stars for this customer service.

I had the best experience here! It was my first dress shop and was a bit nervous to find the perfect dress. Holly was an amazing stylist, patient and truly listened to everything I liked and didnt. She was so kind and helped me feel beautiful. The whole team was helpful in finding accessories and making sure we understood everything we needed to about alterations. They also helped me to celebrate picking the perfect dress. I would highly recommend them and Im looking forward to my fittings next year!

I felt like I was racially profiled. There were customers drinking wine/champagne and me and my guest weren't offered a thing. I was told there were numerous dresses in my size and in the color I selected that was a lie..truly disappointed and disguted with the sales associates. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
