Hello Franny thanks so much for your feedback! This definitely something that should have been brought to my attention, as all jewelry is guaranteed by our manufacturers. It is our policy that if we install a piece of jewelry, and an end comes loose that soon, we replace this at no charge to you! As far as our products are concerned, we only use US made implant grade titanium and solid gold, all threaded items are internally threaded (which is the reason for higher manufacturing costs). We are an appointment only studio, so once we are done with appointments for the day, we close out the register and close down. Im so sorry you had this experience but please feel free to contact me about the bead you lost at [email protected] since this sounds like a situation where youd get a free replacement if we installed your jewelry. I bought a small horseshoe lipring here 2 days ago, paid 40 dollars for the professional piece of jewelry as the threading is so nice you wont lose the ball well its two days later and the ball fell off at some point throughout my day; so I came out to replace it. At 7:50, when the business is scheduled to close at 8PM, the worker who was clearly on her way out the door refused to sell me the piece of jewelry because theyre closed. Not professional, not cool. If you want to leave at 7:50, put your store hours at 7:50 I will never return or recommend business here. I went down the street and was welcomed warmly and bought a whole new piece for half the price. Avoid enigma. Period.

Fantastic experience. Evan was great. Super sweet and patient. Person in the front (Caitlin I believe) was also really nice and accommodating. Took mom for her birthday nose piercing, since I also had fantastic experience here years ago. Clean, great prices, and following covid protocols.
Hello! I don't ever write reviews, but I thought I would let the Enigma team how I felt! Two of my friends and I went together to get some piercings, we were so excited, we were greeted by a super sweet girl by the jewelry, she was so kind and helpful. Then Rubi pierced us, and she did not let us in to join my first friend, which I understand if there are regulations. Then I went to switch my nose stud for a hoop, I was a little nervous and was on a budget and I kindly expressed this to Rubi and she came off quite rude and told me that she is the expert so she knows best. She proceeded to give me the more expensive hoop without letting me know, and after I asked she said that since it is in my nose there is nothing we could do, I was pretty bummed but already committed to an ear piercing too so I just smiled and brushed it off. Then Rubi pierced my cartilage and I showed her where I wanted it and she said we could not do that so she pierced it about a centimeter difference which she never explained to me why :(. I hope she was just having a bad day, but getting piercings is so fun and exciting and it is just so lame to ruin some ones day when you're in a bad mood! I get it I'm in the service industry as well and sometimes it is hard, but this was a bit overboard, I felt so uncomfortable and I felt like a burden to the shop by being there. The piercings are very nice and I love them though, so thank you for that!
