We had a kitchen backsplash installed 5 months ago. When the installer showed up, he had no idea what pattern was agreed upon so thankfully I was home to manage the process. There were a few items that needed to be finished to complete the job and they were very difficult to work with. They could not find our receipt to finish the job but thankfully we had our receipt to prove we had paid for everything. We had to constantly call and remind them that the job needed to be done. It took 5 months for them to complete the job.

Worst and rudest customer service Ive ever experienced. I waited for a few minutes upon walking in because the guy who is supposed to help people on the floor was on a, what sounded to be, personal phone call. When he finally got off the phone, he spoke to me for less than 30 seconds, thats when an, from what I can assume based on their conversation and how he greeted them, established high ticket client walked in. He drops speaking with me mid-sentence and starts talking to them, and then pulls out his cell phone to make a phone call for them!!! Without saying one word to me, no excuse me, or let me handle this really fast. It was embarrassing and degrading and I sure as heck will never be returning to this place for ANY reason. I would drive thousands of miles to a different distributor before Im made to feel as insignificant as I was today.
