Got my order in fast, I wish they would tell You the price when you order online. Ended up being a lot more than I had budgeted for, but I know now that when I want something fancy and professional printed, I will go here. For a school project, I might choose somewhere else.

Good results but lacks customer service. Its amazing that a business can function these days without a telephone. They have one and a number published on the website and email signature but it is literally NEVER answered and there is no option to leave a message. Be prepared to communicate in person and email ONLY. Be sure to double check everything because they do not go out of their way to get an official approval on a proof before printing! Considering all that, I have been pleased with the final products.

I would recommend Print Mark to anyone looking for a great product & a quick turn-around. I came to them with my own design, they printed a sample for me, & I had my wedding invitations the very next day. Knowledgeable & competent workers with products at a competitive price!

I've had them do a variety of types of jobs for me, and their work is always great quality and done in good time. Their prices are also generally better than most other print shops in the area. The one drawback is that their pricing can be inconsistent and there may be portions of the price for a job that isn't indicated on their website, and the differences can be HUGE. So I would recommend this place, but always ALWAYS get a quote before you place your order so you know exactly what it's going to cost- never assume your price based on the information on their website or the signs in the store. I've had this happen to me more than once and I've definitely learned my lesson- they would've lost my patronage if it weren't for the fact that this aside, they're easily the best quality and value print shop in the area that I've found.

Their website constantly has problems and their staff takes way too long on simple prints.
