Took in a graduation stole to be personalized. They made a mistake by putting what was supposed to be on the right side, on the left. After pointing it out to them I was met with an attitude instead of an apology. I did receive a refund, however it is highly unprofessional to become angry at a customer for your own mistake. The purpose of this review is to be constructive, no ill will here.
I had given them 5 stars originally but I bumped it down because I had an item to have patches put on and it took them longer than they said it would when I dropped my items. I called and they still told me it would take them another 2 weeks bcuz they were still booked. I told them they should stop taking orders all together then and focus on the one they have. The lady out me on hold and came back on said that the person who does the sewing had already left for the day? Who leaves for the day super early when you are booked and you're the one who does the sewing? Lost our business. So for orders for anything being sewn on might expect to wait like a month before you get your order back.
