Here is the Quote we sent Helen from Impossible Foods regarding her Hat request. We even FedExd Helen 15 different Hats to choose from. That right there is terrible Customer Service to start dont you think? Helen- Thanks for the info and request. Until I actually make the Digitized files I have no idea what the stitch count is. I also need a rough guesstimate of the size of each logo as well as where you want the logos placed. You might want to consider something equal but different than the "Oaklandish" Tree. That is their Trademark and you can't just throw that on a Hat because you like it. We would either have to get permission or make something like it. Hope that makes sense to you. Just guessing for you here but with three logos these hat's will be roughly $16.00 - $20.00+ each. The Black Flexfit Trucker and the Khaki Flexfit are available. The Soft Trucker in the middle is out of Stock. But I have roughly 20 of those in my Warehouse. I have a few ideas for logo placement so give me a ring and we can go over those. After we sent Helen this quote she replied she only had less then half the required budget to do the work she was requesting. That is a Champagne appetite with a Beer Pocket Book. We replied that our Company cannot do the work she wanted and that we cant even produce one (1) Flexfit Hat with One (1) logo for less then $11.00. Who can send us their number well send them our work to do at those prices. So we wished her good luck and asked what she wanted to do? We guess she just wanted to write a review and complain about getting a straight quote. Sorry Impossible Foods is a Privately Funded Company who just closed out a recent round of funding and didnt allocate enough funds for Marketing. Good Luck with that....

The guy Jimbo who works here has a very abrasive communication style. He was upset by a communicated soft budget I had set in the initial discussion and told me in some words that my budget offended him and 'good luck'. Tyler was great to chat with. Try to avoid Jimbo unless you like being rubbed with sand paper. There are DOZENS of other places with much better customer service. this place seems to be on the higher end of the spectrum double the price of other places. Good luck

Jimbo & TI Embroidery saved the day! My office had a rush embroidery job for a high level client that we were hitting dead ends with and TI stepped up to the plate to deliver amazing product within a shortest amount of time possible - and all during the Labor Day weekend! Jimbo embroidered backpacks going out to youth as part of Bay Area Wilderness Training - the nonprofit I work with. He was so incredibly helpful in helping us with the colors and placement of the logo, sped up the process to make sure we had them in time for our programming, and even made the staff embroidered hats as a gift. The packs and hats turned out great, and it was clear to us that JImbo puts a lot of care and intention into his work.
