I get there is an policy for no dogs. However two Sundays ago there was an white poodle on the property with an Caucasian couple. I have an service animal registered. Karl the supervisor of security wouldn't allow her on the property, even with me offering to show documentation and her having her service vest on. I recently took the dog on a plane(sat next to us) kroger, and ymca but here i cannot. Why was the poodle allowed on the property(with no service animal vest or badges on) but my dog with documentation, vest, badges etc not allowed on the property?? Unacceptable. By law you cannot deny access with an service animal ANYWHERE PERIOD! Unacceptable. I will not be renewing.

Im a visitor and was treated in a discriminatory manner by Rob Leventhal the head tennis pro at MJCCA. After being accused of using coaching signals while watching my wife play RECREATIONAL tennis (150 feet away), I was disrespectfully spoke down to, accused of something I was not doing, and had the security called on me while peacefully watching a tennis match. When I voiced my concern to the security guard and Rob, he said, dont get me that black crapIm more of a minority that you! This is completely uncalled for and ludicrous behavior. Its 2022 and people like this should not be allowed to represent an awesome facility like MJCCA.
