Hi Erica. We can send out an electrician as soon as you provide us with a working phone number. You can schedule repair requests online or by calling our office. The pool is being drained this week and should be back to normal soon. The pool equipment was affected by the fire that started on someone's patio. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have been waiting on the insurance company.

I live in maplewood apartments the management doesn't care about this place AT ALL the staff is dismissive and rude. I have lived here 10 years and the staff has had the same attitude the entire time do not let the responder of these posts sway you to believe anything different. The maintenance never comes out and when they do they do less than the bare minimum. The amenities that we are supposedly paying for I.e. the pool which is completely green and the on site laundry is not functional and there is homeless living in the laundry room. The electrical in these apartments is beyond concerning and will most likely lead to more fires. This place needs to be condemmed it is a complete slum and so incredibly unsafe. The management is WELL aware of all of these things and does not care. I would not reccomend anyone to rent from this property management ...ever. Update 7/21/21 Love the update of the response to sound more professional after posting information suggesting you had looked into my personal info. then going as far as mentioning it in the original response (which I'm sure the edit will be denied) In response to your original response to me, of course I would not use my real name so you could harass me further and try to find more personal information to air on the internet. We have had people come out after months of calling and said "there's nothing we can do to fix it" or they do a temporary fix and it just goes back to the same unresolved issue. This has happened with the dishwasher, stove and the electrical as well as a few other external issues on the property. I've learned after going back and forth with your management that my best option is to handle things on my own. I hope moving forward your property management can take responsibility for how issues are handled and the complex is maintained rather than responding with hostility and a horribly dismissive attitude.

Overall good experience. All repairs were done in a timely manner and emails and calls were answered promptly. I purchased a home but would rent from them again with the reminder to read the fine print on the contract before moving out. I missed some things that we were responsible for when moving out in the very lengthy and wordy contract so lost some of my security deposit. Again, overall good experience with all staff except for the moving out process and losing some of my security deposit.
According to our records, we have not done business with you. FYI, we are not affiliated with Mill Creek Apartments. We have several different, convenient ways of requesting repairs and many vendors who are all licensed and insured.
