Afriad my shipment is lost, main number said they called and emailed to update shipping but so far nothing, it has been a week past the delivery appointment with no movement on my grill I ordered from Walmart. Very frustrated and it takes an hour each time I call customer service to finally answer with little ability to help remediate my issue.

WIll be going to pick up our own freight-- NEVER a call-- Delayed for OVER THREE WEEKS!!!!! Same mumbo jumbo from the main terminal- experiencing delays--- and only at this one location-- sure...... From the main office number we get assurance of phone calls that WERE NEVER MADE. Wait until tomorrow-- tomorrow then tomorrow they say. easy for you to say when you aren't waiting on a GIFT!!!!!!! Birthdays dont move to suit you!!! WE are now taking DAY OFF FROM WORK. TO go pick up our own Merchandise. WALMART!!!! HEAR US!!! Get involved or stop using them . IF you cannot be responsible for making sure your product is delivered-- then don't sell the product. This is just another blow to me never using Walmart for ANYTHING at ALL> GET SOME OTHER OPTIONS OR LET US GET OUR THINGS AT THE STORE. They were helpful to make special arrangements for my delivery to happen the day it was scheduled for delivery despite the weather. Delivery men were polite, respectful and very cautious while loading my vehicle and took extra effort to be sure it was secure.
Communication was great. The delivery people went the extra mile to find a way around a low bridge near my home. They were professional, accommodating, and courteous. Good experience overall.

I highly recommend not using this forwarding service. I have had nothing but a bad experience with them. I am only giving them one star, as you have to select one to comment. I placed an order that has been sitting in your Chattanooga, TN. location for 3 weeks now! After multiple phone calls, transfers, and speaking with several different representatives, I still can't get them to deliver my package that is now 14 days late. Their employees can tell me that it is in fact there, but apparently delivering on time isn't their strong suit, because all they do know is that it hasn't moved! I've been told multiple times that it was scheduled for delivery, then I call back after it doesn't show up, and I'm told it's lost in transit, just to be told again that it's out for delivery. No one seems to know what is going on! This company is most unprofessional and has costed my 4 year old daughter the gift that I worked so hard to pay for, as it still did not arrive yet again, and with your offices now closed in observance of the holiday, I'm assuming it won't be showing up at all. You've managed to crush a little girls Christmas spirit! Do your damn jobs!
