Our prices are all based off sold ebay listings. I know prices are high at the moment for a lot of games, but thats based off selling trends unfortunately. When prices start to come back down, our prices will reflect that as well.

I am sorry, but I don't believe getting exactly what you pay for qualifies as a scam. Your only complaint seems to be that the receipt is messed up, and you praise the store in every other aspect. I'm confused how that results in a 1 star review. I suppose if you have to try to look for a flaw in order to leave a bad review, this is the best outcome we could expect from a serial negative reviewer.

So I wanted this review to be good, there's plenty of parking store is clean, staff is friendly, decent game selection. But when I got my receipt it showed nothing but zeros. Seems like a scam buyers beware. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon. You will see the notes below by the owner, none of those things I did, I paid with cash at the time of sale.

I really love this place! This game store has a very family feel to it. All the employees are super friendly and are very knowledgeable about games and systems. They have probably the best selection of games (definitely in Vancouver) in the area. Also, I love their YouTube series they do and its a great way to keep up to date with the games they have in stock!

Unfortunately this is simply a case of buyer's remorse. We are very clear and upfront about our return policy, which is that we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. This is printed directly on every receipt, and told to each customer at checkout. This PSP is fully working. It was tested before we put it out for sale, and tested again when this person brought it back to us, and it had no issues both times, aside from a slight humming sound which is completely normal when the PSP is reading a game. All of this was very politely explained to the customer, and they were given a couple options of what they could do. The only way this customer would have been pleased with our service would be for us to break the rules for them, which we will not do, as it just encourages more people to think they can get away with treating us as a rental service.

Wish customer service was better was trying to get my money back or even store credit for this dirty psp honestly dont know if it was ever cleaned and itskinda loud i guess its normal they say. not very enjoyable to play.. felt like it was ganna be a no answer as soon as i got there.. if u look close at top area doesnt look to normal like it does on right top side of psp they said u can trade psp in u will get 40 dollars credit wat am i going to do with that? Spent well over 100$ to get a dirty psp with problems definetly not coming back sad to say . Feel scammed. But i guess its just about money for some buisneses
