We are so sorry that you felt this review was needed. We truly liked working with you both times. ( And your projects turned out beautifully both times! ) We feel that we need to say this: We finished the job... and believe that your handy-man may be responsible for our "short comings" If there was something wrong with the product or the project.. we, of course, would be more than happy to make things right... but, at this point, it seems the only issue is something we may or may not have left unlocked, and we can't clean up spilt milk. All the best to you in your future endeavors.

I had used them before for another house I had in 2017. Did a good job. Bought another house and used them again. Not the same quality at all. No communication....not showing up.. they wanted to work on my house while I was out of town. Said they did that all the time. The house was left unlocked several times. One time the key was a actually left in the door. I am not having them finish the project. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend the to anyone

Referrals are important to us and we would never want to let a referral down. Our design consultant has been with our company for over 22 years helping clients realize their dream wall. His focus is to guide potential clients on the possibilities while respectfully keeping in mind individual budgets and architectural constraints. We are a full service design/ build company but occasionally, we receive a request that is not a service that our company provides. In those rare instances, we may suggest those requests are coordinated by the homeowner. These are an exception to the rule, however. We appreciate you considering us for this project and are very sorry to learn that our company was not a good fit for your needs. Kindest regards.

Sales person did not make me feel comfortable, focused primarily on cost and what they didn't provide and that I had to coordinate many items on my own. They have very nice designs, should send out a design person rather than a salesperson.

What a wonderful experience we had with the DAGR team!! We were doing a house remodel and DAGR designed and built a beautiful entertainment wall the entire width of our family room! Both my husband and myself were so impressed that everyone who worked on the wall were so professional, always on time and friendly and a pleasure to have around. They answered our questions and gave us many great ideas...The finished product is beyond my expectations! In other words "WOW"! What a great business model this company has!! Greg always returned our calls and was on site checking everything out throughout the process... I would recommend DAGR to everyone who wants a quality job done with integrity and skill. Don't waste your time with anyone else!!! DAGR is by far the best company!

We recognize there are different options out there when creating a media wall. So to start my project I interviewed different companies and then chose DAGR. I am so happy I did everything from start to finish was completed on time and within the budget that I had set for them. The best way I can describe the finished project is that is a WORK OF ART. The people who did the work treated me not just as a client but as a friend... it was truly a stressless experience.

Love our new media wall! The job flowed exactly on schedule with no delays. Hard to believe the demo to completion took only 11 days! The job site was cleaned at the end of each day. Overall, DAGR exceeded our expectations. Everyone who has seen our wall cannot believe the transformation. A couple friends have already scheduled appointments with DAGR to update their own walls. I highly recommend this company.
