WE NEVER REFUSED TO HELP YOUR BOY FRIEND. We offered to warranty your tires but your husband started cussing and hung up. YOU TOOK YOUR TRUCK TO ANOTHER AUTO DEALER AND AND THEY KEEP YOUR TRUCK FOR MONTHS AND THE DEALER WAS WRONG. WE OFFERED TO LOOK OVER AND FIX ANYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. YOU NEVER BROGHT IT TO US AT ALL. I UNDERSTAND YOUR FLUSTRATION BUT YOU CAUSED YOU ONE PROBLEM AND NEVER GAVE US A CHANCE TO HELP YOU. EVEN YOUR HUSBAND SAID HE SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT TO US TO FIX. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE!!! Absolute worst customer service ever. Spent over $4k to get a lift & new tires on our truck, the tires were defective & they would not stand behind them or help in any way. Refused to look at the truck or do anything to fix. They are supposed to be experts, did not provide good information on tire options, could have cared less that we spent so much with them. If you want to have any work done on your vehicle STAY AWAY from this place. Absolute worst & dont stand behind their work. GO ELSEWHERE!!! We took it to a Dealership who confirmed the tires were bad. They didnt care. It has rendered my husbands truck useless for the past 2 months..now we have to spend another $2k on another set of tires. You have been warned!

This is the rudest most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. The short story is they wouldn't honor their prices as posted on line. Then made me stand around while they called whoever to confirm the advertised price that I had already paid for on line and came in to pick up was wrong. When I insisted they honor their price and their "Beat any competitors price" advertised on their site and give me the item I had just purchased they literally threatened me both physically and with a lawsuit for defamation! They actually changed the wording on their website overnight but luckily I had already grabbed a screen shot. tried to communicate multiple times with management both on their site and via telephone but no one would respond with the exception of a single returned call by the same individual who threatened me in the store threatening me with legal action if I didn't stop trying to contact management. Oh, by the way, the 45 minutes I had to stand around waiting for them to call all around and try to figure out how to not sell me the parts at the paid for price they were trash talking other customers as they were walking to the front door or after they walked out.. It was truly an incredible experience and not a good one!! I felt some comfort in knowing they treat everyone like trash if not always to your face. My advice is go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Several things here. I spent about $4,500 in one order for 2 auxiliary diesel tanks, gravity feed kits, a winch, and a $900 refrigerator for my truck (OTR driver). My experience was pretty well at first, they ended up having to order the tanks I wanted because they didnt have in stock what they said they did. But I understand that. The problem was, I specifically told the sales rep that I wanted 2 BLACK tanks for the truck. We were discussing sizes and making sure what I wanted was DOT approved - which confused the sales reps at first. He determined that getting a 100 gallon combo tank and a 35 gallon standard tank was the only way to get what I wanted. He said getting the 35 gallon is the only way to get close to the number youre wanting. I said ok, thats fine as long as they are both black. He said ok and we moved on to payment. I sent my brother in law up there to pick up the tanks and one of them was bright chrome silver. I called and said hey, these were both supposed to be black, can I trade this out for a black tank? Because you said they were both black. He replied Well, I can talk to my boss, hang on. He gets back on and says dude, theres nothing I can do with that tank, and the other sales rep here said I told you it was silver. They werent willing to do ANYTHING for their mistake at all, even for a $4,500 in a single purchase customer. That alone was surprising as a business owner that the response was sorry, not sorry. Whats unfortunate is they are missing out on a lot of future business, because we are building a fleet of hot shot trucks and trailers that we will be outfitting with auxiliary tanks, lights, refrigerators, and the like. Smokey Mountain lost out on likely $100,000 in sales over the next year or two all for a $800 tank. So, sorry, not sorry can go both ways.
