This is a big company with lots of places. They are building fast and what they promise is not away what you get. I had a family member in one, had so many problems. I have also had my mother in a home for 5 years with not one problem and cost half of what they do. Big Corporate owned where the goal is to make money. They often put things on their website they have no intention of doing is what we have found out.

If I could do -5 stars I would. I recently placed my dad here on the reflections unit, I came in to visit him and most of the workers were sitting around on their phones paying no mind at all to the others around them. I visit my dad a while and go to leave and see a woman her name tag said Esther sitting down cutting pot leaves out of something green. I asked the same girl Esther if she could let me out and she rolled her eyes got up let me out and never addressed me once.This is out of line I reported it to the lead that was on shift that Thursday, the girl is still there this is supposed to be a god driven facility but allowing things like this to happen is not ok. I will begin looking for a new place for dad.

I will be filing a complaint against the wellness director and the reflection coordinator. They speak to staff very unprofessional and belittle staff. I have been affected by this from the reflection coordinator in front of residents family. Which is very unprofessional in my opinion. The wellness director undermines staff in front of each other. She never lets us talk and tries to intimidate us. This type of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable for staff to have to go through every shift. I hear by turn in my resignation as well and will no longer be working for the company. I do appreciate this company just not the wellness director and reflections coordinator. This is the statement I sent the the HR at the Arcadia facility and it is too my knowledge that these two staff members work there. It hurts my heart to know that the staff there are still being treated so badly. The residents there do not deserve this as well. I really hope this company does a better job at finding a new reflection s coordinator and wellness director. Staff would definitely stay there a lot longer
