The employees there are super rude with a lot of attitude, They dont even try and offer a smile there was only one nice employee out of all the times I went.

Hi Summer. I'm sorry you had the bad experience. I agree the Coach purse incident was not professional. I will follow up with staff and we will do better. As far as the dating on the clothes: we are very clear that we are after current styles. If we buy older styles they just don't sell. Please don't take it personally. It is driven completely by what consumers will buy from us. -Scott

The close are not worth the trip in there, not worth trying to sell them *name brand* clothes, they wont take anything over two years old So obviously they think theyre too good and they profile people, I was in there today and walked right out because the employees found it okay to yell across the store to check the girl with a coach bag and that She didnt look like she would steal so Shes fine while multiple customers were walking around the store
