I had a customer call a a plumber for a water leak under the house. They called Bud's. They showed up and found the leak under the house. Then proceeded to leave a quote saying everything in the house needed to be replaced and that nothing was connected in the house. (Sinks, shower, hot water heater, toilet etc...) Completely false. Everything inside the house was newer than 3 years. The only thing disconnected was the toilet and bathroom sink as it was just installed and needed new lines. I asked around and found other customers I've had said they did the same thing to them.

Previously used Buds and had good experience. Reached out today for a family member and Blake wouldnt schedule the appt even though I offered to have an authorization letter at time of service. The whole point of my calling for family member is to take some chores off their shoulders
