Came here for my bfs birthday on Saturday with a big group. All the staff were great but special thanks to Sheldon who was looking after us and was great, really nice and made sure we were happy throughout the experience. Stephanie was also great, really fun gal! Would highly recommend. Food was sooo yummy too!

I went to Hijingo Bingo on 30th of July, for the half 12 slot. We were quickly sat down on our table, admittedly we were running alittle late but were sat down. Before being sat down there seemed to an issue at reception in regards to me having mocktails, they needed a confirmation email this was quickly cleared up when shown to them. Quickly given a menu, ordered food and drink which wasn't a long wait. I received my food which was warm, but not overly nice I had the chicken and waffles. Chicken was lovely I found the waffle abit hard and not very nice. I got my first mocktail no worries, very swift service. I asked another server for another one to be given a funny look and told oh ok, have you asked for this. My response was yes, I just had a mocktail the other servers said this was nice and not a problem she told me she needed to check with the manager which I don't understand why this became an issue. My drink came 15 minutes later, so was resolved. I asked again 15 - 20 minutes before my session ended whether I could have another mocktail. The male server told me yes he'll get it sorted, he walked back and forth for ten minutes ignoring my table no response, no mocktail. I chased this up with again server to be told, oh well the session is ending now no more drinks can be given. He'll see what he can do, for him to circle around away from our table avoiding eye contact. No response no explaination and no mocktail, it's such a shame a big venue can't accommodate if you decide you can't drink for a multitude of reasons then to be ignored and made to feel like I'm causing a problem for you guys is even sadder. The game and bingo experience was good, food not so much and if you don't drink alcohol kind of pointless paying for a bottomless brunch package as they won't accommodate. I feel I sadly have wasted my money, I had said it's not my fault to a few servers I had been waiting on several occasions for another mocktail to arrive and I had to keep chasing this up time and time again. Personally I feel I wasted my money, maybe the bingo aspect is better but not the bottomless brunch aspect.
