Terrible experience. They Thank you for doing business with small companies because theres a lot of bigger competition but then their customer service is terrible. I purchased a Cardinals hat from them to match a pair of shoes I had. the hat wasnt custom it was something they had in stock. I paid for two day delivery which was an extra eight bucks no big deal, I ordered on a Thursday evening (which the order did not go through till Friday) , I gave them an extra day I waited until Wednesday and it hasnt arrived I gave it a couple more days and I finally emailed them about my hat after almost a week, when I emailed them and let them know this they told me that they were moving stores and the hat was in their storage containers and that they would refund my delivery fees and mail my hat out the next day. I said this is something that they should have known before they took the order and the extra money for delivery and let their customers know something like this or shut down ordering for those couple of days. they mailed my hat 2 days later (not The next day as they had stated ) and (still didnt receive my refund on my shipping fees as they promised) I still didnt receive my hat until the following Wednesday so almost 2 weeks I waited for my hat and if I hadnt emailed them and asked them about my product they wouldnt have even let me know about the delay. Once I received my hat (its the same size that I wear for all my fitted hats) it was really small and tight I informed them that the hat did not fit and my experience with him was unpleasant and I wanted to return the hat for a refund and nobody responded to me at all after Ive sent multiple emails. Sometimes small businesses have to go above and beyond to be able to compete with larger businesses to retain customers and to get loyal customers Ive seen multiple reviews on here with less than one star and I dont understand how big a small company you guys plan on staying in business if you arent doing what you need to do to please your customers. Although I know you cant make everyone happy there are certain situations especially when it is your fault that you need to correct.. z
I ordered several hats from Headz N Theadz and the final product was fabulous. The quality and design was just what i was looking for and i had no idea what i wanted. They designed the hat and the process from order to delivery could not have been better. GREAT JOB!
Scott, STL Authentics contacted us after their previous provider could not complete the task in the desired time. So from the time we received the jersey we were at a one week turn around time. This is out of our control. Also, the work order coming directly from STL did not ask for nameplates. Its actually a more skilled stitch to put the letters straight to the jersey. We believed we were going the extra step. In conclusion, feel free to bring the jersey directly to us as we will correct it for you. Our phone number and address is located directly on the web. Apparently they are the new vendor STL Authentics is using for custom Blues jerseys. They took longer than the old vendor and didnt do the correct job of applying a nameplate to the jersey; instead they stitched the letters directly to the back of the jersey. Im now waiting another 10 days, on top of the original six weeks, to get my jersey back. Im -hoping- that when they unstitch the letters there isnt any damage or else I just wasted $300.
