I would rate 0 stars if I could. Bought a hoodie from them back in November of 2020. It never shipped so a month after, I put in a support ticket and they just said that everything was delayed because of COVID, which I understand so I figured id just give it a little bit of time. I never heard back from the support team so I put in 2 more tickets over the next couple months and was ignored. Finally i tried to put in another ticket 5 months after I had originally ordered the hoodie, and got a response this July (9 months after order was placed) stating that it just never shipped, and they offered to ship it which I agreed to. A month goes by, and I don't hear anything until August 7th they offered me "in store credit" but I don't want to buy anything else because who knows if ill even get it. I've listened to Phora for years, and have loved every project that he has put out. I wanted to get some merch that displays his message but apparently that is next to impossible.

Ordered Christmas items 5 to be exact and they was fast to take my money but never emailed any shipping information nor answers the phone. BBB says closed 3 months ago so its fish!

Store is closed. No signage, it's gone 6/30/21.. The staff was SUPER nice I love the vibe my daughter was so happy the whole store is so pretty and again the staff was so nice

My daughter ordered one sweatshirt on Dec.7. It is now January 1, 2021, and she has not received it. There is no customer support to speak of, as no on ever answers the phone. We are disappointed, to say the least.
