I have been going to Healthy Connection for years now. My doctor was out today and had to see S. Hibbs . She was so rude unprofessional. She walked out on me when I was talking to her. She never told me what was wrong . I have had a real bad sore throat for days now . Instead of walking out feeling better I walked out crying and so upset . Please get her out of Hot Springs anywhere for that matter . She is terrible I mean terrible. Very bad experience. Im glad I have her on record . Im going to talk to the practice manager tomorrow. Please dont go to her. This is what she wrote down for me to do. I told her I had already done these thing. She treated me so bad . I told her some others things I have used that didnt help.
