They buy up smaller (better) host providers, then raise prices move you to another plan and basically pull the rug out from under their clients feet. I moved away once before, never looked back, unfortunately because of their business plan above I have to do it again.

A complete waste of time. You can never get ahold of them during business hours. You can request callbacks and they dont go through. has been days and you still havnt been able to get my emails working. I was happy to use the Australian owned company but you have been nothing but impossible. Your website is outdated and setting up the emails requires several phone calls as you dont provide the correct information. THIS WOULD BE FINE IF YOU ANSWERED THE PHONE. You use truncated words and abbreviations that no one would obviously understand.
