Dear Gareth, you have requested a new unit in advance as you said that the recorder was faulty, unfortunately in this case we simply need to get any item back that customers believe to be faulty for an inspection. You have sent the recorder back only with no cables, no box, no hard drive, no parts and accessories. After we received the item for an inspection we found out that it was working 100% as it should with no issue at all, therefore we have asked you that we would like to test it for at least 4 further days to make sure that the recorder is not the issue indeed and the issue could be simply with your own network. However, you have demanded to send back the item to you without any further test and we have respected your decision but we advised that we would like to test it. Also, you have refused our tech help during our working time as you are demanding it be done after 9pm and on Weekends, which we are closed. It has been hard to communicate with you unfortunately as you could check our opening time on Google, our own website + eBay. If you still believe that something is faulty, then please send back to us all the products for a full inspection. If anything is faulty we will replace it accordingly as we have always promised to you, but you have refused to send back or to get our help over the phone on our opening time. The inspection done for you once would cost you 29.99 + at least 7.20, as there was nothing wrong and you have demanded to send back the recorder without even testing it properly for you. However, we have not charged you anything as a gift in order to keep you as a satisfied customer and we have posted it back as you requested, but we do no seem to get the same consideration from you unfortunately. Good company until something goes faulty!! Absolute joke for a so called professional company. They wanted all the equipment back including camera's although i physically can't remove them as I had to pay for someone with a ladder to install. They have blamed everything from a plug to a network problem, not their equipment. I spent good money here and they are not willing to do any goodwill gesture, as my NVR is 100% faulty. I even sent the NVR back & due to a carrier issue they said it wasn't their fault, and not even an apology, just it's not our problem ! I have dealt with carrier companies for years and it doesn't take 2 days to collect on a 24hr service. You have to book a technical support call as there is only a few people work there who do NOT listen to your comments. I would advise to look elsewhere for any CCTV systems. I can supply emails received to any buyer to show they lie. I offered to pay for a replacement unit and send the other back for a refund and my home network is running at 1gbps with a 300mbps download speed I even told them numerous times I physically can't get the cameras down, they don't listen at all and the general manager will never call you back! If anyone buy's the CCTV system and has problems with the recording keep going offline, email me as i know how to fix the problem with the NVR, very easy fix, but the unit hasn't been designed correctly.
