Tammy, sorry to hear about your recent experience. This definitely does not sound like how we do business. You must have been calling after hours at night, on the weekends, or during some of the recent holidays because our missed call log is less than 1% durning normal hours. I can see your order history and that you've spoke with several people recently about your delayed return. With our warehouse team being off for New Years Eve, New Years Day, and then the weekend, it ended up taking us 6 business days to refund your order from when the package arrived at the warehouse. January is our busiest time of year for returns as I'm sure you can imagine, so it take us a little longer than the typical 2-4 business days to process a returned package. Thank you

I had a return, i have tried to call to talk to some one many times, no answer only to goes to a recording, left messages. still no reply, I returned the product soon as i got it the very next day, which took way to long to get that why i returned it and my credit card has not been credited yet, Buyer beware! I have bought many times before with no problems. Cameofire has recieved my package back, which took way to long in them getting it back also. I will let all my hunting sites know, do not do business with them..Horrible customer SERVICE!!!
Truly fantastic customer service and products. I recently purchased a Yukon outfitters Hammock as a gift and its great. Just as easy to set up as any ENO hammock Ive ever tried and the fabric feels nice as well. Im 6 tall and fit in the single hammock with ease. Would highly recommend the product but also Camofire in general.
Zack, Locals are still welcome to come in and chat with the guys and place orders here on the storefront computers. The change made was that we don't pull items from the back anymore. This change was made when we moved because with the way our new warehouse is laid out and the new warehouse employees processes with the online volume we're doing now, it was taking WAY to long for us pick items from the back and bring them up front. It was a bad customer experience and until we have a way to make it faster, it made more sense to temporarily shut it down. We're not turning our backs on locals and resolving this is something we think about all the time. To try and help in the meantime, we now offer a same day shipping service if an order is placed before noon.

Will not allow you to shop locally anymore even though this was a great convenience and also would help them by having me shop the blackovis stuff when I showed up...this is ridiculous that people that can buy and pick up are not able to
