Fellow who showed up was polite and respectful, but very average job on the windows and left the window sills worse off than before. I pointed out that he had wiped them down with a dirty rag and when the water dried spots were left behind. He said those were stains that were there before he cleaned the window. I had to take spray and clean them myself. Their website said they never enter a home without wearing show protection, this was not the case at my house and we had to do a bit of vacuuming afterwards. Also found a few spots on windows like a bit of spilled caulk that took a razor scraper to get clean, I guess that's not included in the price (which I thought was very reasonable BTW).

All windows and doors were cleaned for the price we quoted for this customer. When we started cleaning the windows, we found paint spots all over the windows that were not seen due to the windows being quite dirty. The customer stated that she didn't know there was paint on the windows however later she stated it had been 20 years since the windows had been cleaned and that was when the paint spots happened. The track detailing was disclosed in the estimate which reads " Construction cleanup or track detailing is available at an additional cost" We wipe down the windowsills when we clean however if the customer wants more detailing than what we do there is an additional charge for the labor to do this process. We not only cleaned the windows at the price we gave this customer, but we also removed the paint which should have been an additional cost and we detailed the tracks which should have been an additional cost. The customer's statement that she had to clean the tracks herself was not true. We state in detail what we do for the price we quote on every estimate there are no hidden charges.

The actual window cleaning was done well. Didnt like the things that were left off the invoice. I was specific about how many windows and doors were to be cleaned. Used the same number(22) for each company I requested bids, yet (2) sliding glass doors were not included. I know I discussed this with each company I contacted. Additionally, window track DETAILING wasnt disclosed. I assumed that cleaning meant tracks were included. I ended up cleaning my window tracks which was the whole purpose of having it done professionally. Live and learn.
