My experience with thread a Pixel's customer service hasn't been a good one sadly. We had to order my daughters work placement tshirts from here and my daughter wears a size 8/10, based on the sizing online we ordered the size 10. However these are extreamly figure hugging and very inappropriate for school placements. Thread a Pixel firstly responded advising there is nothing they can do, I then responded to their email with no response from thread a Pixel until I reviewed the company on Facebook, I now have 3 tshirts that are no use to us due to how figure hugging they are and thread a pixels response is just order another t-shirt. ****The response states someone is dealing with my case but they have advised there is nothing they can do with the 3 tshirts and I just have to place a new order which will cost me double*****

Always great quality products from Threadapixel! After having had a very poor experience with another company, the team at threadapixel have gone above and beyond to ensure I get the products I need, and theyve all come out great! The team are super friendly and keen to help if you have any issues. Really simple and straight forward when ordering, great prices and a speedy delivery. Couldnt recommend these guys enough!

All round fantastic service for our practices order of work wear. Great advice provided from the off as we were unsure which fabric type to go for. The finished product is high quality, durable which is what we needed, hugely professional and getting lots of compliments from clients.
