Stephanie, who works in the service department, is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the second time I have interacted with her. Both times, her lack of customer service and palpable hatred for her job, hung heavy in the air. We brought our car in for 30K service and also had trouble with a tire. While at Kendall they found, and plugged, a small puncture. I asked Stephanie if they carried the same tire, as we were interested in having the tire replaced by Kendall. Her response was, "I don't know, I wasn't your service advisor. You'll have to call back tomorrow when they are here." This individuals lack of any assemblance of decent customer service will make me avoid this Kendall Toyota, as well as any other Kendall associated business in the future. Please check in with Stephanie because she really does not seem to be doing well

Ive tried to get in touch with the parts dept via calling, email and leaving messages. I never received calls or emails back after probably ten attempts. I had to order from the Lexus dealer out of Seattle because of this and pay extra for shipping. What a poor excuse of a business.

Chad Smiley is the guy to see! Dude was so awesome, so fast, easy to talk to, and seemed to genuinely care for what he does and how it affects the buyer. He hooked me up with floor mats out of his own pocket because he noticed the car didnt have any, he just overall took excellent care of me and made the process simple and easy. If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped my 4runner off on 8/2 for diagnostics. As of today I still don't have my vehicle. No one will talk to me, I've left several messages for the Manager, Tim, no call back, and my insurance is getting minimal response from them if any. Did I say that while my car was there for diagnostics it caught on fire, yes fire and no one called to tell me. I had to call several time and found out later that day. so now my car rental coverage is about to max out and I am still without a vehicle because Toyota has not begun the repairs. They won't even talk to my insurance. The advisor, Stephanie is the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Kendall Toyota has gone downhill. They just hire anyone, no experience and the customer service is 0/10. How does a manager not call a customer to try to help or explain after a car fire. They also never called me to help with a loaner car either. I am officially retaining a lawyer. Kendall needs to be shut down. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Toyota, I can assure you that they have lost a loyal customer.
