I called to have a service call on an attic vent. They stated they no longer work on attic vents??? This is not the able roofing I have used so many times over the past 30 years. Employees on phone lack knowledge of what a vent actually is... I suggest you move on...

If you are looking for a company to put on a new roof correctly the first time. DO NOT CHOOSE ABLE ROOF. They did a horrible job and we had to call to have them to come out multiple times to fix it.I will never recommend this company to any one or any business to use!!!

I reached out to Able for a roof inspection following some water staining on my ceiling. My project consultant was Wolf Van Sterling, and he did an amazing job throughout the inspection, even using a drone with a camera to show me different parts of the roof. At the end of the consultation, he was extremely transparent and gave a reasonable breakdown of costs, priorities, timing, etc. Wolfs professionalism and thoughtfulness made for a great experience, and I will absolutely be using Able in the future. My experience from Able was great. The guys started my project on time, actually they was early. I had to make a few changes last min and they was able to order it, pick it up and complete it in the time that was promised. They did a great job cleaning once they were done .Very professional and I will recommend them And I will use them again if I have to.

Unfortunately, sometimes we do have to schedule out further than we would like. But our team is good at making sure we do move up appointments when we can. We had purchased the lifetime shingles for our roof last August 2020. We just found 2 leaks in our roof that we had to place pans under to catch the water leaking. We called service and were given a date almost 3 weeks out for our roof to be serviced for the leaks. I understand that other people also have issues, but find that when your roof is leaking and the drywall is soft that there might be some type of priority since they don't cover inside damages to your home. Last evening on our initial call we were told that this gentleman would speak to a Manager to see about expediting service and they would call us back. I placed a call just now since we did not hear anything this morning on if our service could be sooner. It appears that if there is a cancelation I could be moved up but there is no guarantee. I had no issue with the installation when we purchased the new roof. My frustration is having an issue so soon after installation of a new roof, and time frame of service for a roof that is new and leaking through our drywall. I have texted the salesman who we purchased the roof from, and have not heard back from him either. I realize he doesn't support service to roofs, so I guess I shouldn't have expected him to help.
