We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations and that you had a bad experience with us. We always treat our customers with the utmost respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, you had some demands, which we could not accommodate because we have to follow strict policies for impounded vehicles. In addition, because the vehicle was not registered under your name there is a guideline we have to follow, which does not allow us to proceed when the office is closed or after hours. Sorry you felt inconvenienced and we understand that limitations can be frustrating; however, the racial slur you directed at us was very uncalled for. Unfortunately, because of this, even if we could meet your demands I am afraid we would not be able to work with you. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing w/this company after car being towed from 20 miles away. They were extremely rude to me over the phone and unhelpful. They are out in the middle of nowhere in a small town which makes it very inconvenient to reach their location. They are only open M-F 8 to 5 for you to get your car, and they refuse to even work w/you outside those hours to deal w/a car being towed. The lady in the office even made the dismissive comment to me, "It's not my problem" when I told her their hours were very difficult to work around trying to get to a car that's been towed. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to give your money and business to.
