I completed a questionnaire online, the next morning I received a call from Kathy I assume to be the receptionist. We spoke about a few options I was having some concerns with. I agreed to schedule an appointment for the following week with Brenda and have the fillers did.I ask Kathy to send me a follow up email, she assured me she would as soon as we ended the call, in which I never received. She called two days later to confirm the appointment for this morning, I again ask her to send me the information and I would be there. Again, I never received it ! This morning the date of my appointment she call to ask if I would be in for my 10 a.m appointment? I said of course not, you never sent the information I requested! So she just held the phone, without saying anything until I dismissed the call. The receptionist plays the most important part of any business theyre the first point of contact rather via person, phone or email. Therefore, if I cant get an competitive receptionist my expectations are very low for the rest of the staff. Money spend any where!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Emily!!! I will ONLY trust Emily to do my botox on my face. I will not let anyone touch my face except her. She's so sweet, kind & very caring. She ALWAYS makes sure I'm happy with my results (which I always am) & genuinely listens to my feedback. She does an AWESOME job! Emily is the BEST!!! Alan, in the front office is sweet too!

Emily at Mirror Mirror Boutique on Richmond at Weslayan in Houston is the best! I had juvederm filler for the first time and I love it! Its amazing! Im sooo happy with it!! I will drive across the city to come back and see her! Go check this place out! Its off the hook!

Terrible experience! I only give it a star because of the aesthetician was very nice, otherwise would not even deserve that. The staff downstairs were courteous and thats about it. The short assistant, Natalia was rude, unprofessional and scattered. I found it odd and tacky that she asked for payment prior to the procedure being done. When I just had another service done downstairs and was not asked to pay until after it was completed. I was left in the room for a good hour, while she was yapping away without a care or curtesy to check on me even once or at least give me an update. Eventually I had to get up and peek out the door to see if they know Im still waiting in the room. Finally when the doctor came, it all was just a huge rush. I was not asked even once how I wanted the outcome to look. He did not seem interested at all to even ask what I wanted. Very impersonal, unpleasant and unwelcoming. Very disappointed with the result. Will not waste my time or money going back to this place again!
