Mystic Hair-cutting uses an web-based appointment system. I had taken a 5 pm appointment but on arrival was told that I was double booked (and hence could not use my slot) due to a system error which they were experiencing all day. If they had cared about customer service, they should have let customers who were double booked, especially the ones late in the day like me, know so as to avoid an unnecessary trip.
Mystic is great overall and huge shout out to Mary specifically. I've been in her chair for close to 6 months now and she is the best stylist I've ever had. Her edging, fades, razoring and layering are fantastic.
On the maps it says closing soon but it is already closed !! Should be clear !
