Will never buy here again. Good service until we committed to buy. Then took weeks to get agreed to repairs done. Bad communication, cancelled appointments, terrible follow up. Nothing but problems in first year if ownership. Maybe just bad luck, maybe they were understaffed at the time...but not a good experience and feel misled about quality of car and alleged repairs
Maxim, I am sorry you and your wife feel this way about my company. I contacted you today, 12/13/18, and you told me to contact your wife, Karen. I called and left a voicemail with no call back. And then I get a bad review from you for trying to help resolve issues that you've been having concerning a car I sold to you 19 months ago. Now let's get some facts here. We haven't had any contact until now! If I had been aware of these problems, then we would have of course found a solution. These bad reviews from you and your wife are not warranted. Your wife has a small business, and just like this situation, how is she going to know if her customers are unhappy if there is no communication? Please avoid buying a vehicle from this dealership at all costs or it will cost you dearly. Based on personal experience
I purchased an Infiniti fx35 from Chris a few years ago, and have had very little problems with it. I am in the military and have traveled all around the country with the car, and whenever I am back visiting home Chris drops everything he is doing to accommodate any needs that I have for my vehicle. This is a the type of family ran business that you can not find going to any other dealership. Hands down I will never purchase another car from anyone else. The most important piece to buying a car is how you are treated after your purchase. At lakes region auto, you do not have that problem. The way that I feel I have been treated since my purchase has literally changed the car buying experience for the rest of my life.
