Terrible place to shop( this location only) since its not related to the official Jacadi US stores. You can buy online from the official website and can return in any Jacadi store anywhere ( excluding this location!). Also they charge 2$ for gift wrapping and do not mention this while youre buying, while its free anywhere else and on the Jacadi official website. This location in Costa Mesa is definitely privately owned and has zero customer service experience.

Got some nice clothing for my kid Edit: This store is not accepting online purchase return. Only New York store accept online order return which is kinda weird. Downgrade to 4 star

Terrible customer service - even with a receipt wouldnt give me store credit from a gift return. Ill never shop there again.
