As a hotel it is fine but it's also kind of sketch. Went to lay down and heard a large fight happening in the Parking lot and when I asked the guy who was loitering outside my door what was going on he was too drunk to stand up let alone reply. Later on between midnight and 2 am a man loudly went through his plastic bag full of belongings outside my door. They do have TCM tho and you can walk to the Mission so it's a toss-up.
