Unprofessional. The guy refused to take my fiance's appointment because "you're too hard to get a hold of" even though he missed 2 of her calls and she missed 2 of his return calls, all in a 90min window. She was calling him within 10 minutes of missing his calls and leaving a VM. A little later, he texted back. Turns out, he just confused her with a different customer and passed on us anyways. Whatever, I guess this guy is booked.
