These guys decided to call me out of the blue after texting back and forth and waste my time more by insisting that the car I was interested in was worth double what KBB says its worth. Check what you are buying ahead of time guys. Just because you bought the thing wholesale at $12k, doesn't mean that its somehow now worth $19k for a car that KBB says is only worth $8. I felt super pressured to come in and see the vehicle "because of how clean it is", and I really don't have time for you if you aren't going to be reasonable, and are going to make up excuses.

Hello Levi, I was briefed in by our advertising company that responded to your inquiry. You were very clearly notified that our prices are firm, and that we dont accept unreasonable offers. Our apologies for the inconvenience, the assigned sales rep, very clearly stated that our price was only on a WEEKEND SALE for $10999, you were notified that after today price would be $11999 as stated to you and on our ad for that specific vehicle. There has clearly been a misunderstanding on your part, as our company has clearly informed you of our conditions. As of what your stating upon declining my offer I was then notified that the vehicle was no longer (11,999), but the price has been raised at no point did our advertising company raise the price, we notified you that the price will be changed to 11,999 which is original price AFTER our weekend sale is over. We do not practice any tactics, we are a family business with only a Owner/President, and a general manager, self trained, there was clearly a misunderstanding on your part, that we tried to clear up, unfortunately you have not understand our weekend sale. Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Do not attempt to purchase a vehicle from this establishment. Today I made an offer of $8,500 cash for a 2014 bmw 528i (120,000 miles) that was listed at $10,999 and was prepared to offer $9,500. However, upon declining my offer I was then notified that the vehicle was no longer ($11,999), but the price of the vehicle had been raised... But wait!!! They advertised the vehicle at $10,999 not $11,999, but now all of a sudden it is above $11,999. They practice bait and switch tactics in order to get you to express interest and then inform you that the price has risen. Shiesty and very unprofessional.

The people were nice and helpful. They got me the car I wanted at a reasonable price and helped me when I had questions. They changed the break light before I left the lot and they changed the wiper blades when I said I needed new ones a few days after I bought the car. I am very happy with their service.

Hello Charissa, at the time we offered to accommodate half of the repair costs, even though the vehicle was sold as-is and you did not want to purchase a warranty. We tried to help you to the best we could, unfortunately, you wanted us to pay for all the repairs when everything was disclosed to you upfront and you did not choose to get it inspected when we advised you that your welcome to.
