Used Get Scheduled to manage volunteer rostering at the 2014 European Archery Festival in Telford, Great Britain. Having had experience at Olympic Games and other major sporting events I have to say, the ease of use of GS rostering is a breathe of fresh air. Based on a tagging search/assign system, its ridiculously-easy to get to know and use, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to communicate shift patterns and staff scheduling before and DURING events. Our staff and volunteers loved getting up-to-date text messages and emails to their phones with changes, new requirements and event news. Our sports tournament was only four days long, but totalled something in the region of 4000 man hours and would have been a lot more difficult to arrange without Get Scheduled. If I am ever in a position requiring a rostering system again, it will be Get Scheduled.
