There was a very rude lady there who was extremely judgmental and and when I asked for her name so I could file a complaint I was told no then I asked if I could see what dogs they have I was refused and asked to leave, so I went outside and looked on Google maps it looks like they keep the dogs in outside cages

We found a very malnourished dog on the streets. We were scared to take it to EPAS since we'd seen the conditions of it when we rescued our own dog from it. These people though we're so amazing and kind. They seemed to be just as disgusted and upset about the condition we found the dog as we were. They seem to have a sweet and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend adopting an animal from here and donating as well.
