Servicemen was excellent. Polite and professional Unfortunately, the furniture still had a residue of dirt and grime after the cleaning and drying. Very disappointed. I will not use COIT Again.

Terrible quality of the clean was the worst I have ever seen and paid over $550 for just two rugs, shocking quality , cant even tell if my rugs are even cleaner at all

Do not waste your time. I had to schedule the appointment 3 times. 1st time, they scheduled the wrong window of time so had to reschedule. The 3rd time they scheduled wrong window again but we were able to accommodate but didn't show up till after the window time. The 3rd time the got it right but when they gave a quote, they quoted $2,200 to clean carpet, tiles and wood floors in a 1,900 sqft townhome. Mind, you this was for "basic" floor cleaning services. So I'm going to borrow my neighbors floor cleaner and spend a couple hours doing it on my own. To think that they wanted to essentially charge $1,100/hr. for basic services is ridiculous.
