Unfortunately for this chick-fil-a location, the cleanliness is lacking and the fries are super dry. Seems no matter what time of day you come they serve somewhat stale food.

Horrible experience. I had to use the restroom, so I thought Id stop in to this establishment and maybe get some breakfast while I was at it. I came in and no one helped me. 3 employees looked at me, no one greeted me, and no one was ready to guide me or take my order. As the pressure in my bladder mounted, I flagged down an employee and asked to use the restroom. No. was the reply. I began to panic, and, through his mask and annoyance at being asked for anything, he told me I needed to buy something. A quick back-forth negotiation occurred yes, I will buy something. yes, I will buy something FIRST. He proceeded to the register to ring me up. The purchase of a coffee took what felt like ages. And, as soon as possible, I ran to the bathroom But wait! I needed the receipt to enter! Go back to the counter to retrieve. But wait! I need to find the code on the receipt, admist an endless riddle of text and digits. I found another employee to help. Code entered. FINALLY! I was in! But the relief of using the restroom was quickly followed by anger and frustration at what I had to endure for the privilege. While I can appreciate the need to maintain a clean establishment and prevent decay from excessive public use, chick-fil-a is a fast food joint. And there was NOTHING quick and easy about this transaction instead, it was long, painful, and humiliating. I had to discuss my bathroom needs with 2 uninterested employees whilst under duress. It is obvious that this experience was DESIGNED to maximize pain. It is obvious that the employees are made unhappy. And it is obvious that I will never set foot in another Chick-Fil-A.

Poor service and disorganized store. Left waiting and served others because of a unclear store layout. I was first but they didn't say anything. Also stale chicken. This is a place that sells because of its location
