Went there today to get a couple prints done that I purchased off from an Etsy shop that does thousands and thousands of prints! the lady at the front register did not know what she was doing and the lady in the back had to take over so that I could get my prints... however I specifically asked the lady at the register for an 8 x 10 on card stock, I did not measure it and to my eye it looked to be roughly about an 8 x 10, I also did not really inspect it closely because as a printing shop I did not think the quality would be so poor... when I got home to frame my prints I realized that not only were they not 8 x 10 (it was a standard size piece of paper) but the print quality was also very poor. when I called to ask about bringing them back in/having them re-print them on 8 x 10 like I had asked for, the lady was very snotty and did not take any responsibility, even though I politely reminded her that I specifically asked for 8 x 10 (and I believe she was the one I dealt with at the store) she basically tried to put it back on me and said “well we would have to cut it down just like you have to cut it down and the File you gave us was the wrong kind of file etc. etc”. I very politely told her that would’ve been nice to know while I was there and specifically asked for an 8 x 10 and though I didn’t say anything to her about the quality over the phone I would expect a print shop of all places to be able to get a good quality print. The image I sent her was formatted for an 8 x 10, they formatted it for an 8.5 x 11 which is why the print quality is poor. She made many excuses but never once apologized for what happened and told me I would have to pay more because it was “my fault” needless to say I’ll be printing with someone else.

The most amazing customer service out there for printing. And incredibly good pricing. Jackie and Sarah both did amazing with my orders in helping me craft a board game. I will be expressly recommending them for all future print jobs for folks looking to do similar projects.
