Do not go here unless you want to cause severe, expensive damage to your car. Had a transmission fluid change here. A few weeks later I discovered my transmission was slipping because somebody (I wonder who) had loosened the transmission fluid sensor bolt to cause transmission fluid to leak out. I had zero transmission fluid leaks before I took my car to these scammers. For the love of god, avoid this place at all costs.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE. They will try to eat your money. My last inspection there I was told I needed all new tires, got them checked elsewhere and they were fine. I have had 2 friends also have the same thing happen. It mostly seems to be younger people that they are trying to trick into spending way too much money. I recommend Lewis Auto on Old Clairton. They are friendlier and truthful

Manager helped me locate my missing wallet with the security cameras. Also, hot chocolate machine. And of course they serviced my car without trying to sell me stuff I didnt need. Oh, and a free carwash.

Best Honda dealership in the Pittsburgh area for service. They have always been honest and upfront with me. I never feel like they try to push work that doesn't actually need done. Staff is always kind, accommodating and willing to help. I commute almost an hour to bring my car here rather than going to other Honda dealerships within 20 minutes of my house.

I went to Dean Honda to sell them a car which they were very receptive in buying. The estimate they gave me I thought was a little low so I asked for 300 more dollars. The estimator took the paperwork ripped it in half and threw it in garbage, and said I'm already giving you too much and walked away
