I was really looking forward to looking at this hall for my wedding reception today, my mom made us an appointment I show up and noone is there. We called the lady who thought our appointment was at 4pm when it was at 5:30. She forgot about it and was all the way in Boardman. She asked us to reschedule but we told her that's it's hard with my work schedule. She told us she'd call us right back but never did. Unprofessional. I will be choosing a different venue.
