Dont buy a car here! They will make you reserve a car to have you out of the market, but as soon as they receive it, they will try to get a better deal and cancel your reservation. Kim was my sales person. I reserved a K5 with a 1K deposit. I waited for a month, gave them 2 different pre approves for finance, one with kia financing and the other one with capital one. They delayed everything and when they received the car, Kim told me they wouldnt work with those banks so they cancelled my reservation. Its a waist of time doing business with this dealership
Horrible experience as an out of state customer. Had vehicle towed to this kia and diagnostic done. All I wanted to know was what was wrong. They told me through text and never answered my texts back. So I went in on Saturday to pick up my car and was then informed that it's policy to have both service manager and mechanic but neither was there. I was never once told prior to my arrival of this policy. The person on duty then informed me I'd have to wait until Monday. Saturday was the last day I had access to another vehicle to get me to kia. So then I had to pay more money for an uber. I've dealt with multiple kia dealerships and this by far is the absolute worst experience. On top of all that they wanted to charge outrageous prices including 40$ for a 10$ air filter. Who does that?! Never again will I go to an Indiana kia. Awful.

Rob did a great job at making sure that the service appointment went well. He and the service department went way above and beyond the traditional oil change. They even went as far as to fix any outstanding recalls for the vehicle to ensure vehicle quality, safety, and satisfaction. It gives up peace of mind to know they continue to have our back. I never got a call back from Shane on my credit application for finance terms on a kia sorento hybrid. I call numerous times, and I get ignored on purpose! There is plenty of other Kia Dealership I shure will help much better!
