Do not buy, Customer Service is appalling. I cannot even give them a 1 star. Bought a dress which is totally different to what is on website. The photos were deceiving, and no answers to any of my emails to exchange or return the dress. I paid $1300 USD Dollars. Please choose another company to purchase dresses from, do not use MackTak UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

This store is a SCAM!.... They are so unprofessional. I ordered a dress and it came destoryed. I returned it for a store credit. They never return phone calls and claim they are in "meetings"... They gave me the run around for one month. I traveled to Manhattan to visit their store from Long Island 4 times and each time they either pretended the were closed or pretended not to have my dress I ordered. They told me i had to make an appointment to come back and try dresses on... i did as told and even sent them an email with the dresses I wanted to try on and when I went to the store after calling before I went they questioned who I was and did not have my dresses ready to try alone they did not even have my size!!!!! When i finally received my dress the day before my event the size was wrong and the color did not even match the picture and the beading was falling off.. i would not recommened anyone shopping from this boutique.

I came across MackTak.com website through the designer Terani Couture website. I love Terani dresses and Ive been buying their gowns from a boutique in my town and Ive been very happy with their fabric and fit. I was looking for a a legit website and I found MackTak.com legit website and purchased 3 gowns from them so far. Hopefully I will be attending more events and I will purchase from them again. :)

Please stay away from macktak mart. The customer service is extremely bad. I ordered a dress and desided to returned it. It took me 3 weeks to call and no answers. They don, t pick up the phone as soon as they see the number. After many many times I called finally they answered I explained that I want to return the dress they said no, exchange only or store credit. I ask to speak with the manager because this was not what they told me before I ordered she said yes hold on, and then she hang up. So that's my story I managed to get my money thru my bank but trust me you will get very dissapointed if you order from them.
