Mac, this is not quite what happened. The correct explanation for the invoice you owe was already provided to you. I do not know what this is about a difference in the rent price. It is a tough part of the job that we must hold people responsible for costs they cause. In this case, out of more than 100 condos at the association, yours was the only one that ignored the notices from the association to perform a dryer vent cleaning, which is part of fire prevention. The service provider had to arrange a separate, special visit for just your residence, and they charged for it. We posted a notice of entry for that special visit, and when we arrived we found that the key did not work. And as you say, there were two people home after all - but they ignored the knocking on the door. Sometimes we make mistakes. Sometimes renters do, too.

Multiple frustrating situations with this company. First, rent was posted as 1650 online and the company mentioned the rent as 1995 ONLY when they emailed us the lease to sign, not the previous 4 MONTHS it took us to get approved. Second, some guys had to come and clean our dryer vents, and they put a paper on our door stating the date and time. I woke up 15 mins after the time on the paper to 4-5 men breaking into my apartment (literally taking off our front door lock). They changed our front door lock with a new one (since they broke off the original one) and then did not give anyone replacement keys. I came back from my appointment around 11:15 to find I was locked out of my apartment. I called the office and they did not know about the situation. I got a text around 12:15 that my new keys were available for pick up. And 2 months later they charge us $155 for being unconvient with less than 24 hours before it was considered a late fee. After multiple emails and 4 phone calls we have not gotten a reply or further explanation. Utterly appalled at this company. Havent moved out yet, so lets hope they dont F me over anymore for this! I came back from the grave to speak my angry mind.

Not the worst but definitely not the best ! So far everyone Ive contacted at this company has been very helpful and kind. Ive been here for only one month but the only issue I have is the unit Im in (glenda way) It was supposed to be newly renovated which it was, but poorly done. Before I moved in I noticed a huge ant infestation and was told they would take care of it before my move in. They didnt. Then they told me it was a tenant responsibility which I would take if I was the one that caused it. Its not only me though, a few neighbors Ive spoken to have a huge ant/termite problem. And theyve all gotten the same response. To make things worse this newly renovated unit has gaps everywhere, the baseboards are half an inch to 2 inches away from the floor. Theres random pieces of flooring missing they thought they could cover by putting a cabinet on top of it. The doors and the door frames are practically falling off that I can stick my finger between it and the wall. Holes everywhere and you can tell they tried to fill most of them in and just didnt paint over it. Theres also spots where there are holes and they tried to excessively paint over it Because of these things it makes the ant problem 100 times worse, they can go in and out freely and Im not able to cover the holes and gaps as Im renting. Ive contacted fumigation companies but it would be 1k-2K at the lowest and Id still have to pay for a hotel til its over. Ive used every natural at home DIY fumigation, sprays, ant traps; but it doesnt do much at all. Im lucky if I only wake up to a few dozen ants in my bathroom. I will note that the parking is very very tight at this location. Like you only get half a foot to open your door and more than likely your passenger side will not be able to open. I have to let my friends out before I park. Live and learn, Im definitely a bit responsible for not checking every corner of this unit ! Just wish I wasnt told theyd take care of an issue that is apparently my responsibility now.

Hi Kaya Quitugua, Leaving a 1 star review is one thing, but accosting our staff with profanity and belligerent behavior is inappropriate, please refrain from this bullying behavior with our staff for the duration of your lease. You submitted an A/C repair request on 9/16/22, it was scheduled to be repaired today 9/20/2022, but you postponed it until tomorrow, 9/21/2022 by our count that is still less than the 6 days you stated and you conveniently left out that the delay was because of you. You also left out that the home you have has 2 central air conditioners and the 2nd floor AC is working fine and should suffice. Further, we took a look at the weather today 9/20/2022 here in Reno, NV, it is currently 57 degrees outside, the high today is 59 degrees and the low is 46 degrees. Our team is taking priority in repairing heaters right now over air conditioners as it is cold outside and you shouldnt be running the A/C. We dont normally share personal information in a public forum, but since you would like to have this conversation publicly, you misspelled your employers name, Kromer Investments, a competing housing provider. Lastly, for clarity, you did not pay us $4,901.00, you paid $2,506.40 for rent and you have a security deposit in a trust account of $2,395. Absolute worst property management group Ive dealt with. Took our deposit and 1st months rent of $4901.00 and forgot about us. Im sure theyll remember us again when rent is due (: When we got to house with Uhaul and opened the door for the first time we were hit in the face with hot air. I look at the thermostat and its on cool set to 67 degrees. Instantly I know somethings up, I trouble shoot (check if condensers running when thermostat is calling, checked wiring, etc.) I cant figure it out so I put a work order in. That was 6 days ago of nonstop heat blowing during this time of year. Long story short the receptionists all told us there nothing they can do for us as Teresa was in a meeting (for 6 days apparently). We have called for other issues and straight up been hung up on. Mind you in the midst of all this we birthed a babyduring this 6 day spanDo not waste your time sanity or money on this property management group, try Kroger Investments (;
