I had booked an upper lip waxing session yesterday and have ended up with peeled skin as you can see in the picture. They were so aggressive with the service that my skin has been burning ever since and no amount of antiseptic has helped. Id recommend you to not use their waxing services in the future.

Great place but zero results from laser :( The staff are very friendly and the venue is clean, I like the way you can just go straight in and out for your treatment quicky with no fuss and they make you feel very comfortable throughout. They use soprano ice which is meant to be the best most modern machine for laser and its almost totally painless. However unfortunately after a course of 6 sessions I have zero results. I didnt see any shedding and there is no visible change in amount or thickness of hair. At my last two sessions I asked for advice and they didnt give me any, they were just like hmm thats weird. I have ideal colouring for laser (dark hair, pale skin) and followed all the rules, didnt shave in between sessions etc. So unfortunately I am having to invest in another course of laser elsewhere.

Fantastic salon! Even though I was one of their last customers on a Sunday night, everyone was still very smiley, polite and happy to serve me. I was very pleasantly surprised with such amazing vibe! And I was very happy with my pedicure & reasonable prices. Strongly recommend!

The staff were so friendly and professional here, they made me feel really comfortable. I was able to book an appointment at short notice and they also fitted me in for a laser patch test at the same time. I would definitely recommend!

Avoid I had such a terrible experience here when having laser treatment. Maria (I think that was her name) the therapist was very rude, abrupt and even accused me of being a liar, completely unprofessional. She made me feel very uncomfortable during the session and I honestly just wanted it to be over and done with as soon as possible. Camden beauty spa should really consider whether they want such awful staff at their establishment. She genuinely has as much charisma as a wet towel.
