UPDATE: The company contacted me after reading this review. The issue has been resolved. The Patch Superstore replaced all the patches that had an issue with a few days after contacting me. The new patches meet my high standards for quality. Based on the phone conversation and their response I can now recommend their services. Note if you have an issue don't rely solely on email it may make it into the spam folder and never be seen. Call and speak to a company representative to make sure they're aware of any issues. I've changed my 2 star rating to 5. Below is the original edited post so you may see the issue I had and how it was resolved. ...Ordered 100 patches, 37 were not unusable. Most of the unusable patches lettering appeared off center nearly touching the border. Several had loose threads, stitching and letters missing...
